Tank Fest – Horus Heresy

This is a one-day Horus Heresy event focused on armoured warfare. All missions will be taken from the Mailed Fist Tactical Journal, so bring your biggest, toughest and most ridiculous tanks!

• Location: Cryptic Cabin, Moss End Garden Village, Warfield, RG42 6EJ

• Number of Rounds: 3

• Roster: 3,000 Points

• Game Length: 4 turns

• Missions: All missions will use the Mailed Fist Tactical Journal

• Lord of War: At least 1 Lord of War is mandatory in your army list

• Lord of War Limit: No 25% points cap – you may take up to 2 Lords of War

Equipment Requirements

Attendees are expected to bring all the models they need, dice, tape measure, 6 objective markers and any relevant publications, such as the rulebook and army-specific book.

Terrain will be provided by the store.

Painted armies are heavily encouraged. Please aim for at least 3 main colours on all models.

Missions

All three missions will be taken from the Mailed Fist Tactical Journal.

Event Schedule

• Doors Open: 9:00am

• Mission Briefing & Event Introduction: 9:30am – Players must arrive by this point

• Round 1: 9:30am – 12:00pm

• Lunch: 12:00pm – 12:30pm

• Round 2: 12:30pm – 3:00pm

• Break: 3:00pm – 3:15pm

• Round 3: 3:15pm – 5:45pm

• Close: 6:00pm

Event Restrictions

• At least 1 Lord of War is mandatory.

• Up to 2 Lords of War may be included in your army.

• There is no 25% points restriction on Lords of War.

• Titans are not permitted.

• Seekers are limited to 10 models per army.

• These restrictions are intended to keep the event focused on the armoured warfare theme of the Mailed Fist Tactical Journal.
