Not all beasts employed by the W’adrhŭn are hulking monsters that dominate the battlefield. In fact, the W’adrhŭn have successfully domesticated a smaller breed of beast, affectionately known as the uzibukhali (smart claw). These feathered predators serve a practical role within W’adrhŭn settlements, helping to clear out vermin and small predators in exchange for scraps and access to the charnel pits.

In times of war, these creatures are easily organized into packs and unleashed against enemy scouts and forerunners, where their cunning and ferocity make them more than a match for even more powerful opponents.
