Product Description:

The Abomination is one of the most horrific creations within the Spires arsenal. Originally conceived as a punitive measure, this monstrosity houses the body of a condemned Exile, someone who has betrayed the Sovereign or violated the most sacred laws of the Spire. Encased within its grotesque form, the Exile's mind is imprisoned, only able to emit a keening howl—a soul-crushing sound that echoes with the anguish of their torment. It is the only sound the Abomination is allowed to make, a constant reminder of the pain and suffering it endures as it follows the will of its creators.

The process of creating an Abomination involves invasive cerebral procedures, stripping away the individual's cognitive abilities and Life-Binding gifts, turning them into little more than puppets to be controlled. Chemical and hormonal treatments strip away their humanity, forcibly bonding them to a lower organism, like the humble ant, whose highly structured social physiology makes it ideal for pheromonal control. The Abomination becomes a terrifying shell, the Exile's psyche barely able to retain any autonomy as it is driven by pheromone commands to enact the will of the Sovereign.

How the Abomination Plays:

On the battlefield, Abominations are unstoppable forces of destruction. They are used as shock troops, wreaking havoc with their immense strength and damage-dealing potential. Brutal and relentless, they charge into battle with a terrifying presence, overwhelming anything in their path. While their speed and finesse are lacking, their sheer power makes them perfect for smashing through enemy lines.

The Abomination’s ability to disrupt enemy formations and inflict massive damage makes it a valuable asset in the Spires army. Despite their lack of control, Abominations provide critical support by disrupting the battlefield, and their horrifying presence instills fear in the enemy. Their keening howl, the only sound they can make, is a constant reminder to their enemies of the dark forces they face in the Spires' service.
