House of Cursed Things - 5E One Shot Adventure

Riath Burgess knows a great deal when he sees one. That's why he purchased the house next to Raincroft cemetery. But, unfortunately, he didn't see the small print. Cue the adventurers hired by Burgess to go into the house and fulfil the final steps required to seal the deal.
