Join us for a special Yu-Gi-Oh! charity event in support of Bracknell Foodbank!
Duel, hang out with the community, and help us stock the shelves for local families in need this winter.

How It Works

This event follows the official Yu-Gi-Oh! Holiday Charity Event structure:

• Instead of paying an entry fee, each Duelist brings exactly 3 cans of food (tinned goods).

• These cans become your “Star Chips” – one can is put forward each round.

• The winner of the match receives the loser’s can.

• At the end of the tournament, Duelists exchange their collected cans for the same number of OTS Packs.

• All cans collected are then donated by Cryptic Cabin to Bracknell Foodbank.

No decks or products are required to be bought for this event – just bring your own deck and your donation.

Prizing

• 🏆 1st Place: Yu-Gi-Oh! Stampede Playmat

• 🎁 OTS Packs:

  • Duelists trade in their collected “Star Chips” (cans) at the end of the event for OTS Tournament Packs.

• All prizes are subject to official Konami and OTS guidelines (OTS Packs are prize-only and not for sale).

Tournament Format

• Format: Yu-Gi-Oh! GENESYS - 100 points

• Rounds: Swiss rounds (number of rounds based on attendance)

• Round Time: 40–50 minutes per round

• Rules overview:

  • No Link Monsters or Pendulum Monsters

  • Original field layout (no Extra Monster Zones / Pendulum Zones)

  • No Forbidden & Limited List – those cards are legal again

  • Standard 3-copy max of any card still applies

  • Deck construction follows the current GENESYS point system

  Please make sure you bring a tournament-legal GENESYS deck built according to the latest GENESYS rules.

10:00 – 10:30 – Doors Open & Registration
10:30 – 11:20 – Round 1
11:30 – 12:20 – Round 2
12:20 – 13:00 – Lunch Break
13:00 – 13:50 – Round 3
14:00 – 14:50 – Round 4 (if required)
15:00 – 15:30 – Final Standings, Prize & Donation Count-Up

Times may adjust slightly based on player numbers.

• Your KONAMI ID (if you have one)
